Your personal data collected, which is the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to us, will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, carrying out and concluding recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies, and in this context contacting you or the persons—employed or not employed at our Company—whom you have indicated to us as references, and also for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and of persons who have a business relationship with our Company; determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, and developing and improving the recruitment principles applied by our Company.

b) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your personal data collected may be transferred, limited to the purposes set out in the Şiteks Şişmanlar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy shared with the public at http://www.siteks.com.tr, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, to our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, group companies, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, or to the persons you have indicated to us as references, for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, carrying out and concluding recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies, and in this context contacting you or the persons—employed or not employed at our Company—whom you have indicated to us as references, and also for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and of persons who have a business relationship with our Company, and determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies and developing and improving the recruitment principles applied by our Company.

c) Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels, based on the legal grounds of the establishment of a contract and the establishment and exercise of a right, for the purpose of implementing our Company’s human resources policy and carrying out recruitment processes. Your personal data collected in this process is gathered—via our websites on the internet, other websites that allow you to submit a job application, or in physical form—for the purposes of evaluating your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, carrying out and concluding recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies, and in this context contacting you or the persons you have indicated to us as references, on the legal ground of carrying out our commercial activities and operational processes; it is collected through the application form on our website, from the persons you have indicated to us as references, through the relevant career sites on which you applied for the job, or in physical form. Personal data collected on this legal basis may also be processed and transferred, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes set out in items (a) and (b) of this Clarification Text.

d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out in the Şiteks Şişmanlar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy shared with the public at http://www.siteks.com.tr, the Company will conclude the request, depending on its nature, as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged by the Company according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners have the right to: • Learn whether their personal data is being processed, • Request information about it if their personal data has been processed, • Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, • Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad, • Request the correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and request that this correction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, • Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data if, despite having been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions, the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, and request that this be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, • Object to a result arising against themselves through the exclusive analysis of the processed data by automated systems, • Request compensation for damages suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data. I undertake that contact may be made, in accordance with the Şiteks Şişmanlar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and within the scope of the Clarification Text set out above, with the persons I have indicated as references for the purpose of conducting reference checks in connection with the processing of my personal data and the conduct of my job application process, and that the necessary disclosures have been made / consents have been obtained for my personal data to be shared with Şiteks Şişmanlar Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
