Process Management from Request to Delivery

Demand Analysis
We evaluate your area of use and technical requirements in detail. The felt type and material structure best suited to your application are determined together with our engineering team.

Sampling and Development
A sample is prepared at the requested weight, thickness and hardness values. Until approval, the material is developed to fully match your specifications.

Production
Approved technical specifications are put into series production at our integrated manufacturing facility in Tekirdağ. Produced in the 300–3,500 gr/m² range, with made-to-order size and cutting options.

Delivery and Ongoing Collaboration
Products are delivered according to the planned lead time. Post-production support and supply continuity are ensured through our long-term business partnership approach.
